Application Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By executing an account creation, logging into the application dashboard, or utilizing any features provided via nexfinity.ai ("Platform"), you ("Vendor," "Client," or "User") implicitly agree to enter a legally binding contract with AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not legally agree to these conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing the Platform.
2. Service Description
Nexfinity is a proprietary, B2B multi-tenant review management software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited. The Platform enables business vendors to create branded review redirection pages, utilize an AI-powered adjective selector to assist customers in generating review text, monitor local reputation analytics, and deploy automated review reply templates through authorized Google Business Profile API integrations.
3. Account Responsibilities and Conduct
Legitimacy
You warrant that you represent a legitimate, legally registered business entity or are an explicitly authorized agent of the local business listing being optimized.
Content Ownership & Liability
You assume full responsibility for all corporate branding materials, bios, staff directories, and custom services uploaded to your unique tenant profile.
Prohibited Abuse
You explicitly agree not to use our automation tool to propagate spam, generate deceptive or duplicate reviews, spread harassing content, or inflate ratings artificially in violation of consumer protection laws.
4. Relationship to Third-Party Platforms
The Platform features automation systems that communicate directly with external, third-party software platforms using official public APIs or hyperlinks.
You acknowledge and accept that Nexfinity and AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited are completely independent software entities and hold no formal affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement from Google, Yelp, Zomato, or TripAdvisor.
You must remain compliant with the terms, policies, and guidelines of the networks you connect to. We accept zero legal liability if an external platform penalizes, suspends, or terminates your business listing due to your review acquisition habits.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited retains all exclusive global rights, titles, and interests in the Platform, including but not limited to the codebase, system designs, visual theme layouts, database logic, and proprietary AI prompting configurations. Vendors retain exclusive ownership of their original trademarked logos, uploaded assets, and pre-existing customer review text.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Nexfinity features are offered on a recurring B2B subscription tier basis. Subscription service fees are billed securely in advance according to your selected tier. Subscriptions automatically roll over into the next billing cycle unless explicit cancellation is requested before the renewal period. We reserve the right to restrict platform accessibility or label an account as "Expired" if recurring transaction processing fails.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed under applicable corporate law, AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses stemming from your utilization of the system. This limitation explicitly covers business losses incurred due to unexpected third-party API framework alterations (such as Google API modifications), cloud infrastructure maintenance downtime, or contextual translation discrepancies produced by integrated LLMs.
8. System Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or completely terminate your tenant account and database access at our sole discretion, without mandatory prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or commit actions that jeopardize the data safety and system integrity of our multi-tenant cloud environment.
