Welcome to Nexfinity. This Privacy Policy governs the multi-tenant review management platform located at nexfinity.ai (the "Platform"), which is owned, operated, and maintained by AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our business users, vendors, and their respective end-customers. This document explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you interact with our platform, specifically concerning our automated Google Business Profile review monitoring and auto-reply tools.
Information We Collect
To successfully deliver our B2B SaaS reputation management infrastructure, we process the following categories of data:
Information Provided Directly by Vendors
Upon account registration, we collect contact and operational data including names, business emails, business entity names, logos, brand colors, staff directories, and service/product lists.
Information Received via Google APIs (OAuth Consent)
When a vendor securely links their Google Business Profile to Nexfinity via OAuth, we access authorized profile data. This includes location details, historical and real-time reviews, reviewer display names, ratings, and raw review content.
Information Collected from End-Customers
When an end-customer accesses a vendor's branded landing page (e.g., via a QR code scan), we temporarily process their chosen adjectives, selected services, and optional free-text inputs to generate an AI-composed review draft.
Automated System Data
We track operational metrics such as IP addresses, browser types, page views, unique visitors, review generation rates, and click-through analytics to maintain system health and performance dashboards.
How We Use Your Information
AB47 Tech Labs Private Limited uses the collected information for specific operational workflows:
- To operate, secure, maintain, and deliver the core functionalities of the Nexfinity review management platform.
- To authenticate vendor accounts via Google OAuth, granting authorized systems the technical ability to read and write automated replies to Google reviews.
- To aggregate recent reviews and populate analytics growth trends on the Vendor Admin dashboard.
- To send user-selected parameters safely to secure third-party AI interfaces (such as the OpenAI API) to compile contextual review text.
- To continuously monitor platform usage to prevent spam, profanity, or fraudulent activity.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We do not sell personal or business data. We share technical data only with verified third-party processors required to execute our service, under strict confidentiality guidelines:
Secure data storage and platform hosting.
Powers contextual review text compilation.
Synchronizes and executes replies to Google reviews.
Data Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion
We keep your data as long as your vendor subscription remains active. Vendors retain full autonomy and can disconnect their Google Business Profile OAuth access at any time through their Nexfinity Admin Panel or via their personal Google Security Settings page.
Upon official account termination, all tenant-specific data will be permanently wiped from our secure MongoDB databases within 30 days.
